We have been reassigned full-time to the Harbel Branch.
Friends and missionaries of the Harbel Branch.  oh, plus my wife, she's the one on the far left, just in-case you couldn't tell.  Kind of like "Where in the world is Sister Hezseltine"

Grandparents Day Picture

Our 3 year old granddaughter Emmy was having "Grandparent's Day" and since we couldn't be there we sent this picture to Kristin to take in our place.  It was a beautiful day and a beautiful view off the Mission President's balcony.  I won't tell you what you can't see or smell!

The village was well off the road.
These are the benches the children would sit on all day at school.
The Principal's office?

Karza Maher Elementary School

On Saturday August 31 we went with our humanitarian couple up to Bomi County to give 115 desk/chairs, some teachers desks and chairs, 6 black boards, books and school supplies to a remote school that serves 4 villages.  It was way off the road and along the path they had palm leaf arches to welcome us.  Everyone came out for the "party."  The children were all dressed in their uniforms.  They sang us songs and there were speeches and just a lot of good fun.  At the end there was a local drum group that came to demonstrate "African culture."  It was great fun and best part was when the Elders (I mean the elder Elders) got out there and danced with the natives!!!!
