Internet is, well, SLOW at best. Had to get up at 3am to get mail and post this and even then it's snail pace, during the day it's dead. Will post pictures later but have to go back to bed. Main reason to be up at 3 am was to get google maps so I can create a street map - not a single street sign anywhere - yes, this is the capitol city! There is one section of street that now has street lights, just opened - the ravages of war.
